Cuando prende el primer cigarro, Matt hace la lista de razones por las que ir a recoger a Mello - o lo que quede de él, se repite, teniendo en cuenta la explosión - es una pésima idea.

Para el segundo cigarro, Matt argumenta contra esas razones: no es cómo si tuviera tantos planes de vida de cualquier manera, no cuándo en sí la vida era tan aburrida. E igual, no es cómo si su orgullo fuera tan importante. Y lo suicida... hey, él sabe cuidarse.

Para el momento en que prende el tercer cigarro, Matt ya está yendo hacia la puerta.

Personajes/Parejas: Tsuzuki/Hisoka.

Tsuzuki siente todo demasiado fuerte: la mayor parte del tiempo, la montaña rusa de sus emociones le da dolor de cabeza a Hisoka.

Es desesperante y a Hisoka le gustaría sacudir a Tsuzuki hasta que dejara de sentir eso porque le duele por doble; el dolor de Tsuzuki y el suyo al sentir a Tsuzuki sufrir.

En lugar de eso, simplemente lo abraza y trata de ignorar su vergüenza al respecto, concentrándose en sentir la sorpresa de Tsuzuki. El cariño. Lentamente, siente alegría dulce y callada que se esparce por todo su cuerpo mientras Tsuzuki lo abraza también.

Para cuando la película termina, Mohinder está completamente dormido, el cuello en una posición que le va a causar tortícolis.

Molly se ríe bajito y Matt casi no lo escucha; sus pensamientos se han hecho tan familiares que puede mantenerlos fuera de su mente sin problemas, y habría sido difícil diferenciar su tranquilidad contra la de Molly o la de Mohinder.

En lugar de tratar, le da un beso en la frente. Susurra:

- Tú también tienes que dormir.

- ¿Diez minutos más?

Matt suspira, su mano en el cabello de Molly y asiente. ¿Qué son diez minutos más con su familia?

By the time the movie's over, Mohinder is completely asleep, his neck in a position that is going to cause him neck-pain.

Molly gigles a bit and Matt almost doesn't hear her; her thoughts and Mohinder's have become so familiar that most of the times he can keep them out of his mind with no troubles, and it would've been difficult to try and see which calmness was his, was Mohinder's, was Molly's.

Instead, he kisses Molly's forehead and whispers:

“You also have to sleep.”

“Ten more minutes?”

Matt sighs against Molly's hair as he nods. What's ten more minutes with his family?

Character/Couple: Tsuzuki/Hisoka.

Tsuzuki feels everything too intensely: most of the time, the rollercoaster of his emotions gives Hisoka a headache.

It's frustrating and sometimes Hisoka would like to shake Tsuzuki until he stops feeling so much because it hurts two times: Tamaki's pain and his own.

But, instead, he just hugs him tightly as he tries to ignore his own shame when he does so, focusing on feeling Tsuzuki's surprise, Tsuzuki's love. Slowly, Tsuzuki's sweet and tender happiness grwos inside his body as Tsuzuki hugs him too.

When he lights his first cigarette, Matt makes a list of reasons why going to pick up Mello – or what remains of him, considering the explosion – is a terrible idea.

By his second smoke, Matt rebutes those reasons: it's not as if he's planning anything important with his life anyway, not when everyday-life is so damn boring. And his pride is not that important either. And the suicidal of the plan... hey, he knows how to tace care of himself.

When he lights up his third cigarette, Matt's already walking out of his place.
